A class for every age group

Families from Clermont drive to Gracie Barra Davenport for one reason: a structured kids curriculum split by age, so a 4-year-old and a 12-year-old are never in the same class.

Every kids program starts with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the core of the Gracie Barra curriculum. From age 6, kids can also add MMA or Muay Thai.

Tiny Champs (3–5): balance, coordination, listening and simple movement games on the mat.
Little Champs (6–9): fundamentals, escapes and Friday No-Gi anti-bullying classes.
Juniors (10–13): more technical jiu-jitsu, problem-solving and controlled live training.
Kids MMA and Kids Muay Thai (6+): striking fundamentals taught with control and pads.
