PE that fits a homeschool day
Homeschool families need physical activity that happens during the day, with a real curriculum and a coach who tracks progress. Our homeschool classes run when the mats are quiet, so kids get focused coaching in a smaller group.
Classes follow the Gracie Barra kids jiu-jitsu curriculum. Children earn stripes and belts as they learn, which gives parents a clear way to see progress over a school year.

A typical class has a warm-up, a technique of the day, partner drilling and, as kids are ready, controlled live practice with a coach watching. Kids learn to listen, take turns, win and lose with good manners, and keep trying when something is hard.
Because the group is homeschooled, kids of different ages learn to work with each other. Older students often help younger ones with the basics, which coaches encourage.
