When the Women’s Class Meets

Our Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM for women and teen girls ages 14 and up, at 6250 Grandview Pkwy, Davenport, FL 33837. You can see it alongside every other class on our class schedule.

The 6:30 PM start is designed to fit after work or school, so you can train without rearranging your day.

What You Will Learn

The class teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu fundamentals: posture, grips, escapes from pins, guard positions and safe ways to stand up, along with the self-defense mindset behind them. It follows the same structured curriculum used across Gracie Barra schools, so you build skills step by step.
