About This Event
As summer winds down, it’s the perfect time to bring a friend to Gracie Barra! Invite someone special to experience our welcoming community during Friends Day. All classes and all experience levels are welcome to join in. Whether your friend has always wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu or needs a little encouragement, this is the ideal opportunity to share the Gracie Barra experience with them!

Friends Day is your chance to bring someone you know to experience a Gracie Barra class. Your guest trains alongside you in a welcoming, structured session. No experience or equipment needed — just bring a friend and a positive attitude.
